We've
been seeing more and more couples buying swords for their weddings
- to be part of the ceremony (like cutting the cake), as a gift
from bride to groom, and as groomsmen gifts.
With more and more women proposing marriage, the sword has found
a new purpose. Since men don't wear engagement rings in America,
some women are buying a sword to present to their beloved when they
propose - a symbol of asking their betrothed to be their knight
and champion forever.
Albion is considering creating a marketing event around this. We'd
like to make it a sincere campaign, and therefore would like to
use actual photographs of couples getting engaged and married. Consequently,
we're looking for some happy couples to take part in the effort.
